How to Order -
To order masks please send an email or phone call with the following information:
1. Mask Name or ID#
The name or number ID of the masks you would like to order. If there are different color options for your mask please include your color choice.
2. Contact Info
Your contact information, including the school or theatre company name. If for a production please include the name of the play.
3. Shipping Address
Shipping address where the masks will be mailed to.
4. Payment Method
Your preferred method of payment: credit card, check or postal money order. Schools and established theatre companies may pay with a bank transfer. You will be sent information on how to complete payment.
Credit Card Payments: Please do NOT email your credit card number. A Paypal invoice will be emailed to you.You do not need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal. If you have a Paypal account please send your Paypal account email address.
5. Custom Requests

6. Deadline
Do you need the masks by a specific date for a production or special event?

Payment is due at the time of your order.
Orders are filled on a first ordered & paid - first served basis.

It is highly recommended that you order your masks early for productions and special events.

Orders shipped to California are subject to CA sales tax.

Policies-

All Sales Are Final - Due to health considerations, the special event and custom made nature of masks all sales are final. Please make your selection carefully. If you have any questions please contact us. Ravenwood Masks are created with pride and quality craftsmanship. If alterations or repairs are ever needed please contact to discuss.

Delivery Time - Orders are filled on a first ordered/paid, first served basis. Delivery time depends on how many people are in line ahead of you. In general allow 1- 4 weeks for a small order, 6 -12 weeks for a large order.

Rush Orders - Please contact to discuss rush orders. If it is possible we will try and accommodate your needs. A $25 rush order fee may apply.

Shipping-

Shipping - Masks are shipped via insured USPS Priority Mail in a sturdy cardboard box. Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address, insurance value and weight of your package. A small handling charge is added. Typically, shipping in the continental US for one mask is $15.00. Packages ship from the 90031 zip code.

Important note: If post office can't deliver to the address provided by the customer and the item is returned the shipping fees and purchase amount will not be refunded. This is especially important where the customer's signature may be required for delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a shipping address where they can guarantee secure receipt of their shipment.

Shipping costs are estimated and may be subject to increase either due to added weight or changes in shipping rates. Client is responsible for added charges if needed.

International Shipping - You may request shipping via USPS Priority International or USPS International Express mail. In some countries shipping via USPS Express Mail instead of Priority Mail is recommended for safety. International shipping costs do not include duties or customs fees which are the responsibility of the client. USPS limits insurance coverage to some countries.

International Shipping Address: Please include a primary and a secondary shipping address and a phone number.

Special Requests and Custom Orders-

Special Requests- Yes you can ask for customized features on your masks. Commonly requested changes are different colors, different straps, extra decoration such as glitter or ribbon, etc. Please contact to discuss your needs. If extra labor or materials are involved a fee may be added.

Neoprene and Vacuuformed masks are made from molds. The size cannot be changed.

Extremely physical performances - special mask straps are available to accommodate head bangers, dancers, aerialists.
Performers who sweat heavily - Extra varnish can be used.

Custom Orders- New mask designs can be custom made to your specifications. Mask designs are developed to suit the action of your play and the personality of your character. Character analysis, blocking considerations, production design can all be incorporated.

Life casts of your actors can be made so the masks will fit your actors perfectly. Ravenwood Masks also has a large collection of life casts to work from, ranging from a six year old girl to an extra large male.

New neoprene and vacuuformed masks involve the creation of a clay sculpture and several molds. Leather masks involve the creation of a new pattern. A new mask design is typically $500 to $1,000 depending on the complexity of the design.

It is highly recommended that you order custom designs as early as possible in your production schedule.
